(BMRC), is dedicated to using rowing as a tool for positive change within the Canberra community.Recognising the transformative potential of the sport, Red Shed aims to provide "Rowing for All", engaging individuals from diverse backgrounds and abilities, encouraging inclusivity and fostering a sense of belonging among its members.By focusing on personal development, resilience, and overall wellness, Red Shed aims to create a supportive and nurturing environment for rowers at all levels. Through structured training programs, mentoring, and community-building activities, the programs nurture participants’ physical, mental, and emotional well-being, while instilling valuable life skills that extend beyond the sport.

We are focused on delivering fairness for Australians.Remediator was established in 2020 in response to the findings of the Royal Commission into Misconduct in the Banking, Superannuation and Financial Services Industry.Remediator helps Australians claim refunds from their bank, insurer and financial adviser if they have been mis-sold products, or services, or paid for goods or services they did not need, or never received.

RevTech Media is a media and technology startup that owns and operates some of Australia’s largest digital intermediaries including One Big Switch, The FiftyUp Club and 9Saver. RevTech Media runs consumer businesses in Australia, Ireland & the US and has recently expanded into superannuation. In my role I was responsible for day-to-day operational business functions, customer success, human resources, external partner relationships, risk & compliance and go-to-market strategy.

Capital Training Institute (CTI) is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) delivering nationally recognised qualifications from campuses across NSW, VIC, QLD and ACT. In my role I was responsible for overseeing all operational functions of the business including leadership, strategy, resourcing, compliance and financial performance.
