Over the past 22 years, I have helped build companies, elevate teams, and ignite relationships. After nearly a decade as the Executive Assistant, Producer, and “Chief of Simon Sinek,” New York Times Best-Selling author and TED celebrity, I learned the power of active communication, empathetic leadership, and taking ownership of oneself. I had the opportunity to meet thousands (and thousands) of people, all of whom were unique and special. Yet, the issues they faced were quite similar. "What do I bring to the table and how can I use those skills to amplify a partnership, team, or organization?"Through my speaking, coaching, and Executive Assistant recruiting, I help people find the answer to that question. My experience gave rise to my practical and honest approach to individual excellence, team collaboration, and how communication is at the center of it all.
