Teen Mother/Baby SIL Program. Provide case management, counseling and life skills training. Knowledge of teen parenting issues, ability to work with/motivate parenting/non-parenting teens with trauma histories; ability to problem solve effectively.

Provide therapy to assists adolescents and adults whose behavioral and substance abuse problems interfere with personal, academic, and family functioning. Provides community-based intensive mental health and recovery services for the most seriously and chronically disabled mentally ill adults.

A school-based program providing assistance to the individual student experiencing behavioral, emotional, learning, physical, and/or social difficulties to achieve academic and personal success. Provide individual therapy to the student, referral information to parents, and in-service training to the teachers. Ability to work independently and communicate well with families and staff.

Provided the first initial response to a report of child abuse or neglect. Assessed and determined a family's need for services and/or interventions. Assessed the risk and safety of children and determined the need for foster placement. Initiated the treatment planning process and made referrals for services for children and families suffering with behavioral and/or mental health needs. Collaborated with schools, pediatricians, and other state and county social welfare agencies. Provided very detail documentation of observations and investigative notes. Showed the ability to comply with governmental regulations regarding confidentiality. Investigated and determined a finding on cases of child abuse and neglect. Reviewed and evaluated the success of in-home service goals. Developed and coordinated outcome-based treatment plans with children and families. Supervised new case managers with beginning service implementation and monitoring of caseload.
