CurrentIt’s a new role - so let’s have some fun figuring out it’s full potential! 💪🏼 Over the next few years, the automotive industry will be entering into some complex transitions including introduction of an ‘agency’ sales model, wider impact of electrification vehicles and increased data management, especially in Aftersales.My role as Future Retail Implementation Manager, is to invest time in devising, planning, and implementing change management activities the breadth of Vines Group. A new and exciting challenge within which I can leverage my broad skill set, business knowledge and personal attributes to support Vines in managing these upcoming changes. To create stability and specialist support in the business, I am delighted to continue spearheading our Customer Services & Marketing | CRM department strategies.
