Through my role I am a point of contact for Victorian members of Interpretation Australia and am tasked with organising events concerning heritage interpretation - In collaboration with the Royal Botanical Garden I organised a tour of the Arid Garden section for IA members which involved a talk with the creators and designers as well as a specialised tour of the area focusing on how heritage was expressed in the redesign of the cactus garden

As a customer service representative at Bunnings I ensure the customer's experience both on the phone and in person is positive and efficient by providing knowledge and assistance when possible.Key Achievements:-- Collaborated with the team that runs the service desk by processing customer returns and possible feedback or complaints, managing breaks, various administrative duties as well as being a main point of support for the rest of the Bunnings team. All this is done as a unit so we can impart the highest level of customer service.- By advancing through my own means my horticultural knowledge, I am able to assist customers in the nursery section of Bunnings and therefore decrease the load placed on the horticulturalists and increase customer satisfaction through timely and useful advice.- Worked on reception answering calls and emails, carrying out daily procedures and processing paperwork

Through volunteering I have worked in several areas of the RHSV including researching and pricing books for the annual book fair, digitising collection items, writing social media pieces and creating the catalogue record for various historical images in the collection. Key Achievements:- Researched the context of the contents of a Port Phillip Scrapbook dating from the 1800's onwards, analysed and then discerned any pertinent information concerning the various documents. I then wrote a document outlining key information from each page/item allowing for eased future use of the scrapbook.- Digitised numerous images from the collection and recorded information such as condition, contents and any background information - Wrote and published several social media posts concerning photographs from the collection, making sure they were both informative and appealing to the RHSV audience - Currently cataloguing a set of images donated to the RHSV by filling out the catalogue record with relevant details and researching and creating detailed summaries for each

Part of my duties through volunteering at the Jewish Museum included aiding school group guides assisting the guides and general supervision. I previously worked on the front desk in customer service.Key Skills:- Provided customer service at the front desk, greeting customers, introducing them to the museum and ticketing.- Facilitated the experience of touring school groups by keeping the groups on time, providing general aid to the students and guides and acting as extra supervision for students.
