I have lead project management programs and portfolio's for the past 16 years in foods and dietary supplements in PLM. Project Management: Created special programs to help improve innovation to build the new products in market portfolio's in NAM, MX, APAC, MX, SAM/CAM, BR and EMEA. Have several years in oversight of the following programs within RD organization that includes: new product development, supplier moves from one site to a new site, supplier moves within same company, turnkey programs and to help build our volumes and bring in ROI. Did a bit of support for the clinical studies team. Also, experience with creating a Sports Research Program in Agile to allow opportunities for the business in this field of working closer with athletes. Lastly, helped to build a genetic kits program for new markets in APAC. This led to working with all of inception , development, commercialization, and post market stages of the program. Process Improvements: Built a sports research program in Agile that applies scrum applications with unique tasks for each cross functional team to complete their work accordingly. This in turn, provided the company to give product and ingredients directly to all nutritionist to tailor the programs for each athlete. Thus, the programs established allowed for delivering the best quality products for those athletes as they prepared for the NLF combine and or playing in MLS - LA Galaxy team.Innovation: Provided new program platforms in Agile to allow a stage gate process to have new products screened. This entailed to have teams review cost, supplier's efficiency, suppliers technology, verified and audited new manufacturing sites and packaging facilities, tasted and created optimal prototypes, allowed for regulatory, trade compliance, and legal teams to provide input on ingredients and classifications of new products to ensure efficiency in what products get promoted into development stage.
