Key Accomplishments:•Directed and monitor projects in NAM, MX, SAM/CAM/BR, and APAC for novel technology, reforms/line extensions/ special brands, and new packaging with about 100+ open projects running in parallel. •Directed my team’s portfolio’s for Opti PFR projects and RD POD projects and reviewing Agile dashboards for resource capacity, efficiency, Agile improvements opportunities, and coaching my team as needed. •Constructed monthly reports to escalate and identify Hot Spots and Bright Spots for upper management. •Created and Executed transition plan out of RD Innovation and into Global Project Management to ensure business continuity. •Working on revamping templates for novel technology, reformulations/line extensions/ special projects. Part of Opti PFR core team to go task by task in each template and re-review objectives, descriptions, reviewers, durations, dependencies, and successors, •Provided refresher training for RD, PS, SA, and train RD’s training on the program and process for Opti PFR program throughout the year to help improve task understanding and completion. •Actively participating and being part of the PFR Opti PFR committee by supporting key workshops and working with our PEX (Process Excellence) team to help support template changes, break fixes, and additional or removal of some of the tasks in the current template pathway programs.

This included hosting extra calls for CH and APAC when it came to stability protocol development for new products and maintenance product portfolios. • SME / Trainer for the new Opti PFR program used for new product development. This included training NAM, MX, EMEA, APAC, CH, IN, and SAM/CAM, BR teams. Also, trainer for all Agile related programs and process for new products within RD organization. •Created training materials and training videos as needed to help support the teams globally on new Opti PFR program and other key Agile related processes for RD team.• Promoted Diversity and Inclusion growth by hosting special events under the Millennial Employee Network. This included hosting mentoring sessions, creating leadership series, and creating company mixer to encourage networking, ice breakers, and improving overall company culture and moral.
