Excited to join the new Talent Strategy and Organization Effectiveness team in HR! I look forward to assisting our employees with their HR issues and inquiries, including emphasis on vendor credentialing, recognition/award programs, compliance, processes and HCM management and support (Cornerstone).

• Help drive our employee engagement strategy by implementing HR programs and systems that support these goals• Goal Planning; Performance Reviews; Salary Planning; Talent Review; Succession Planning• Provide on-going support to the Talent Acquisition team and continue to enhance the ATS system to ensure a smooth new hire/onboarding process• Provide project leadership and resource management, including project planning, status tracking, budgeting, facilitating team meetings and timely delivery and execution of projects• Responsible for the development, implementation, enhancement and operation of the HR systems• Drive data integrity, allowing for accurate reporting and analysis• Create and monitor HR Dashboard, providing on-going data analysis to the HR Team and Managers• Supervise and direct the activities of the HRIS support staff and the HR Administrator• Analyze HR processes and practices for purposes of streamlining and automation work flows to improve efficiencies• Manage compliance requirements such as: EEO/AA; SOX, Records Retention; Employee Trainings• Work with Marketing department to ensure HR communications support our employee engagement initiatives

• Coach managers on progressive discipline, conducting one-on-ones and understanding HR policies• Conduct internal investigations, from intake meetings to final decision• Provide HR support during involuntary termination process

• Full cycle recruiting – creating requisitions, job postings, salary negotiation, offer letters, new hire documents• Process new hire paperwork• Manage temporary staff program from requisition approval to selection/offer• Responsible for employee programs such as: peer-to-peer recognition, service awards, retirement, education reimbursement and employee referrals

• Initial point of contact for all HR questions – research and respond to manager and employee inquires• Process employee changes and enter changes in HCM system• Create HR reports: Turnover, Hires, Terminations, Requisitions Filled, Candidate Sources • Interpret and update HR policies and procedures• Pre-screen candidates for field managers; schedule phone screenings; assist with interviews including travel arrangements• Process HR invoices
