Monique Pereda is the founder of Brain Do Jo, an online education services platform. As far as she can remember, Monique has already been wooing crowds with her voice. Even as a child, she already had a powerful and angelic voice. She followed her passion for singing and graduated with a Bachelor of Music Major in Voice Performance from the University of the Philippines Diliman. She has years of classroom music teaching experience in the elementary grades at some of Manila's top schools. She volunteered in non-government organizations as peace advocate through the teaching of music and arts and organization of music-related youth events, and as voice mentor for musically-gifted SPED students. Her career involvement and volunteer work reflect her deep passion for reaching out to the younger generations through music, culture and arts education.When the global pandemic started changing the way in which the world does things, Monique’s unique ability to spot opportunities made her explore an online learning approach to education. But she wanted her own online learning platform that will embrace her beliefs in what corporate values a company should have. The exploration of this business idea gave birth to Brain Do Jo.
