QuickCart is a platform that powers e-commerce and on-demand delivery for restaurants and stores.We help merchants of all sizes to increase sales through the Internet, while enabling convenience for anyone wanting to get just about anything delivered from restaurants and stores nearby.

Accomplishments: • Brought about a 267% (YOY) increase in social media engagement in F2015. • Increased the number of views of our video content by 119%(YOY –F2015/F2014). • Played a significant role in increasing the average monthly unique visitors to our websites by 15% YOY (the previous YOY increase was 11%). • Conceptualized, developed and executed (in Q1 F2015) the most successful social media campaign (engagement-wise) Scotiabank had ever ran in the English Caribbean (up to that point).Responsibilities• Managed the development and execution of Regional Digital/Social Media marketing campaigns designed to acquire customers, encourage product usage and/or drive brand/product awareness across all business lines. These campaigns spanned seventeen countries and involved the development of:- Social media marketing campaigns (multiple platforms, organic & paid reach).- Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Third-Party Online Advertising campaigns.- Responsive campaign-specific landing pages.• Determined KPIs and assessed campaign analytics to identify trends, measure performance and carry out improvements.• Liaised with various external agencies to produce digital marketing content/creative and conduct media buying. • Provided advice/guidance to in-country Heads of Marketing regarding digital/social media marketing opportunities.

• Assisted with the development and execution of multi-channel (mass media, branch etc.) marketing campaigns across the English-speaking Caribbean for the assigned business line (Credit & Debit Cards).• Worked with creative agencies to produce marketing collateral. • Liaised with in-country marketing teams and regional product managers to ensure the smooth rollout of campaign components that required local execution.

• Drove the use of established and emerging Digital Marketing channels across the region by identifying opportunities and providing recommendations.• Worked with assigned business lines (Non-branch Channels, Credit Cards, Small Business) to execute regional online marketing programs and carry out website enhancements designed to support their business objectives.• Worked with in-country marketing teams to develop local/single market campaigns for various countries across the English Caribbean.

• Managed the continued development of all thirty-two (32) websites across the thirty-four (34) markets in which Digicel operated at the time.• Developed and oversaw the execution of web marketing strategies and campaigns. These strategies involved the use of social media, general website and search engine optimization and various forms of online advertising including search engine marketing and display advertising.• Managed vendor relationships with external web designers, programmers, web hosts and other related agencies.• Provided ongoing direction and guidance to relevant personnel across thirty-two (32) countries (‘dotted line’ supervision of locally assigned ‘web champions’).• Developed and disseminated guidelines and best practices for website development and web marketing throughout the organization.• Carried out improvements to the company's websites/web presences with the aim of increasing web-generated revenue and improving customer service.
