Sales Support Team Lead
Current- Keyholder and occasional Manager on Duty for the store - Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate personnel in sales, terminating workers when appropriate- Plan and prepare work schedules and keep records of employees' work schedules and time cards- Oversee worker pay by preparing, processing and meeting weekly payroll deadlines- Provide customer service by assisting customers and responding to inquiries and complaints- Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service- Enforce safety, health, and security rules- Utilize the following software: Concur, Reflexis, Workday, Task Manager
