De nationale Taskforce Diversiteit, Gelijkwaardigheid & Inclusie van de Pensioensector heeft tot doel de dialoog aan te gaan met de sector en de diversiteit en inclusie vooruit te helpen. 💠Luisteren, kennisdelen, inspireren en aanjagen. 💠 Zo kan de Taskforce de pensioenfondsen en voordragende partijen helpen de (nieuwe) brede diversiteitsdoelstellingen in de Code Pensioenfondsen te realiseren. De Code Pensioenfondsen is wettelijk verankerd, afgesproken tussen de Stichting van de Arbeid en de Pensioenfederatie en goedgekeurd door de minister. De oprichting van de Taskforce en taakstelling is sinds 1 januari 2024 opgenomen in de Code Pensioenfondsen. De leden zijn benoemd voor 4 jaar. Ik neem plaats op een zetel namens werkgevers.

April 2022 - May 2023: Chairman national integrity investigation (Working Group Evaluation Volt)The working group was commissioned by Volt to investigate potential cross-border behaviour by one of its People’s representatives (MP). It also evaluated the processes and made recommendations to achieve a safe environment and safe working environment for members and employees within Volt Netherlands and Volt Europe, on a local and national level. These recommendations may also be helpful for organisations, including those of political parties. The working group has given several updates on the process and state of play, to Volt's member congress. The study was presented at the congress in May 2023. The board expressed its appreciation of the Working Group's effort and the report. The implementation of the recommendations is a focal point for the board, in the coming time.December 2021 - April 2022: Chairman committee Recruitment and Selection Board Members Academic Institute Volt and project leader establishment Academic Institute Volt (WBV). PME is the pension fund of the Metal and Electrical Engineering Industry (Metalektro), consisting of some 1300 companies and plus 600,000 current and former pension scheme participants. I represent Dutch technology industry organization FME in the board of the pension fund as a Non Executive Board Member. My drive is to ensure that the broad interests of all our stakeholders are well balanced and always put on top. In that respect I strive for a solid and future proof pension fund management, good cost/quality ratio’s, excellent customer service and optimized communication. My internal supervision portfolio is asset management. PME represents employers, current and former scheme participants, working on designing and co-shaping innovative technical and electrical engineering solutions. They literally build tomorrow’s world. We enable them to do so by making their pension investments contribute to a better global environment, social equality and transparency in corporate governance, including investing parts of their pension contributions in their own industry. Overall we consistently strive to provide our stakeholders with a solid income and carefree life.I have been elected as Young Pension Fund Board Member of the Year in 2019 by the pension industry.My second term starts as from April 2022.

Als pensioenstrateeg richt ik mij o.a. op het ontwerpen en implementeren van een door onze leden gedragen toekomstbestendige pensioenvisie voor de Metalektro sector. Gedegen kennis van de leden en hun wensen is daarvoor cruciaal. Ik rapporteer aan de manager Belangenbehartiging en het Directieteam.FME-leden hebben toegang tot de FME pensioencommissie, waarin pensioenontwikkelingen en de pensioenvisie worden voorbesproken en getoetst. Voor toetreding tot deze commissie: stuur mij een e-mail.Namens FME heb ik zitting in de pensioencommissie van VNO-NCW en ben ik lid van de werkingssfeercommissie van de ROM. Ook neem ik plaats op een werkgeverszetel van FME in het bestuur van PME, het pensioenfonds voor de Metalektro. Als bestuurder van PME zorg ik ervoor dat ik de werkgeversbelangen goed ken en dat deze belangen kenbaar zijn aan de bestuurstafel, zodat deze bij de besluitvorming evenwichtig kunnen worden afgewogen tegen de andere belangen.

Per 1 januari 2022 ben ik na 15 jaar gestopt als advocaat en ben ik verder gegaan als juridisch adviseur op het gebied van governance en pensioenrecht en de raakvlakken met arbeidsrecht en ondernemingsrecht. Ik sta ondernemingen en pensioenuitvoerders bij met strategische vraagstukken en begeleid hen daarin. Bijvoorbeeld bij de overstap naar het nieuwe pensioenstelsel en de stappen die daarvoor zowel inhoudelijk als als op vorm nodig zijn. The Supervisory Body also advises the Board of Trustees on (potential) resolutions of strategic importance - e.g. to adopt or alter policy plans for the medium or long term and changes in the organizational structure. Het Samengevoegd Belanghebbendenorgaan (SBO) borgt de belangen en behoeften van werkgevers, deelnemers en gepensioneerden die in de standaardkringen van het Algemeen Pensioenfonds van Centraal Beheer deelnemen. Het SBO heeft tot taak te oordelen over het handelen van het bestuur, adviseert het bestuur gevraagd en ongevraagd, en geeft goedkeuring aan bepaalde besluiten. De advies- en goedkeuringsrechten zijn neergelegd in de Pensioenwet en statuten van het fonds. De Raad van Toezicht legt verantwoording af aan het SBO.Als voorzitter van het Samengevoegd Belanghebbendenorgaan neem ik tevens zitting in het Kringoverstijgende Belanghebbendenorgaan waarin de voorzitters van alle kringen die zijn ondergebracht bij het pensioenfonds zitting hebben.
