I started as a waiter at Pizza Del Forno in April 2019 and moved up in the ranks and was made Branch manager in Dec 2019 to July 2021. I was at home for a while. I then started working at Macs cool in Oct 2022 as a branch administrator. I now do our online store customer liason as well as assisting in inventory control. I determine stock quantity required as well as the requirements for each of our 11 branches from our supply warehouse. I also give training to all new staff for branch administrators and branch managers. I now compile weekly stock reports and feedback on cycle counts. I assist in writing our SOP documents. I compile a monthly distribution cost report and give feedback to the branch managers. I report on the incentives payable to our warehousing staff.
