But in that capacity, I am responsible for building and maintaining relationships with external partners, including government agencies, community organizations, patient groups, independent pharmacies and healthcare providers. I do many things: marketing and branding officer; spokesperson; advocate and uncompensated lobbyist; content producer for our publications including our podcast. As chief administrator, I work closely with the PUTT Board of Directors to oversee our financial resources (budget and fundraising); personnel; policies and procedures; and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.Since joining PUTT, some of my notable accomplishments include:■ Doubling membership and monthly donations within the first 3 years of my tenure. ■ Transforming PUTT’s brand and image in the marketplace, establishing PUTT as a trusted resource for media, policymakers and consumers on issues related to patient-pharmacy access■ Organizing 4 annual “Political Summits” that brought advocates together with state legislators for candid discussions about patient access and emerging pharmacy deserts■ Launching, hosting 2 podcasts (one news/interview style, the other “fun and chatty”), each with a loyal and growing listener base, which is crazy considering how niche the topics can be!■ Growing our newsletter subscriber list from a few hundred to more than 4000 readers -
