About Monir Hossain

With over 18 years of experience in FMCG manufacturing and end-to-end supply chain management, I am currently the Head of Corporate Strategy and projects at BSRM, the largest and most respected structural steel business group in the country. As a key member of the executive committee and management team, I collaborate with various stakeholders to plan, develop, and implement strategies for existing and new businesses, as well as oversee multi-million dollar investment projects across the BSRM network. My mission is to leverage my diverse industry expertise, strategic procurement and negotiation skills, greenfield manufacturing and project management capabilities, and business modeling acumen to drive business growth, profitability, and sustainability for BSRM and its partners. I am proud of leading and delivering several successful initiatives, such as setting up the wires business, establishing a joint venture project in Kenya, acquiring and planning projects at Mirersarai Economic Zone, and winning multiple awards for business innovation and excellence. I am also passionate about developing and empowering my team of professionals, who share my vision and values.
