Working as a Commercial Section head under Finance Department.

I am working here as department In-charge. I have to do all kinds of commercial activity. From row material Import to RMG export all kinds of work done by me Like Back to Back open, UD, all kinds of Export documents. Besides it I have to do Cash-Incentive, Customs Bond and commercial related all work.

All kinds of export operation and final payment settling.

Now I am working here as Head of Export in this department. I am following all buyer's export, on time Document submission, Payment advise download and receive, actually following 1st to last export procedure.

My responsibility was All kinds of Export Documentation by following L/C/Contract. I have worked with Primark, H&M, ZARA-Inditex, PIAZZA, HENBURY, TKMAXX, BTX GROUP, PEP & CO (POUNDLAND), MR. PRICE,TOKOSOJI, FAITH FASHION PTY LTD., OSTIN LTD., SIGNET UK, GOLDEN SEAMS, PRO SERIES APPAREL INC, FORTUNEX, SYNERGIES, AIRON S.R.L, DKC, BRAND B Q, Reliance, GFG, Additya Birla, Kryons, Nafisa International, Assure at work Buyer and I have to work also Import Documentation and communicate with CNF and Freight forwarder.

As a Commercial Officer I was following Import, Incentive and Export part with other team member. In this time I am basically following Export and Incentive. For Export I have to make Booking, Invoice and other all Export documents by following LC and Sales Contract. For Incentive by following PRC I have to keep one set Export documents and Collect BTB LC copy and other related documents for completing Incentive Certificate.

As a Assistant Commercial Officer I had to work fully Import and Banking side like Import documents checking, communicating with CNF for releasing goods from port, BTB LC opening by following PI, Providing Acceptance, supplier Payment release, Daily Bank statement check, sometimes I had to work EPB for GSP, CO, SAFTA, BGMEA-for CO and UD, BKMEA-for UD, Bond and customs also.

As a Commercial Assistant I didn't have any specific work. I had to do make Proforma Invoice, Commercial Invoice, Open EXP, collect BL/FCR from Forwarder, fill-up back to back opening form, Collect & processing Import documents, Bangla & English typing etc.
