About GIZ: Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) is an international cooperation enterprise owned by the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany for sustainable development with worldwide operations. On behalf of the German Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), GIZ Bangladesh provides Technical Cooperation (TC). As a federal enterprise, GIZ supports the German Government in achieving its objectives in the field of international cooperation for sustainable development.

- Arrange and coordinate the project training, workshop & meeting- Moderate & facilitate the capacity building training & workshop for SHGs and Partner Organizations- Provide technical support to the partner organization and local govt. about disability inclusion & mainstream- Develop the training modules, hands note & schedules as per the activity design- Prepare report & documentation of the executed events (training & workshops)- Present bi-monthly qualitative & quantitative report of the assigned activities- Conduct advocacy with local government & partner organizations for disability inclusion- Visit court yard meeting, stakeholder meeting, standing committee meeting etc. alongside with inclusion team- Organize relevant disability awareness days like IDPD, Sign Language Day, Braille Day, Women Day etc.

PDF is one of the largest youth-led registered non-profit organizations in Bangladesh dedicated to change the lives of the youth with disabilities. PDF Youth Net department monitors and controls all the branches of PDF. • Coordinated in designing and implementing 10 plus programs and seminars on disability issues. • Advocated to the Dhaka University Administration for disability inclusions and barrier free campus. • Attended 25 plus exams for the visually-impaired students as a scribe. • Joined 5 different branches of PDF as a central representative.• Assisted as digital content contributor in absence of creative content executive. • Planned and executed all the core programs of PDF like Int’l Day of Persons with Disabilities, World Brail Day, Autism day, Cerebral Palsy day, Scribe Award Ceremony, Inclusive Leadership Training etc. • Amended the Branch Management Policy 2021 as one of the panel members. • Anchored 20 plus meetings, seminars, workshops, training etc. organized by PDF. • Raised 3,00,000 plus funds from different donor’s organizations along with PDF, Dhaka University team. • Coordinated a data enumerator team of a research survey on Job Preferences and Expectations of Youth with Disabilities in Bangladesh conducted by PDF where 200 plus respondents participated the survey.

BMC has been established with the ideas of providing quality medical education, research and services to people of this country in 1986. I have been assigned to this medical college along with 6 others group members for three months by the exam board of our respective institute as part of master’s field practice course.• Evaluated the cases of the poor class patients admitted in the different wards of the medical.• Searched for those poor class patients who get eligible for medical allowance or other medical assistance.• Checked the authenticity of the cases those who applied for medical allowance.• Provided medicines or others support to the approved patients from medical social service department.• Served as a front desk executive to provide medical information to the patients and visitors.• Visited to the duty doctors to talk on behalf of poor class patients to check information of those patients.• Provided psycho-social counselling to the patients for treatment and rehabilitation.• Cooperated the patients to get exact information regarding medical treatment and helped them to get admit.

PKSF, an apex development organization in country, has been established by the Government of Bangladesh (GoB) in May 1990 for sustainable poverty reduction through employment generation. I have assigned in this agency with a team (consisted of 7 members) by academic exam boar for three months. • Submitted six different summaries on Employment Status Reports and Surveys conducted by PKSF. • Made reports on on-going different trade courses implementing by partner organizations of PKSF by focusing their loopholes and drawbacks. • Cooperated program officer in writing and editing the content materials of SEIP Program. • Took 100 plus phone interviews of the trainees from different partner training institutes. • Created a complete report of the minor groups living in different part of Bangladesh in order to establish new training institute for the marginalized youths. • Visited Greenland Technical Institute at Amulia in Dhaka and took 15 plus interviews of the trainees from different trade courses. • Published a complete field work report over the internship and submitted to the PKSF and to institute supervisor.
