I'm working as head of Electrical in Mymun Complex of DBL Group where per day capacity is 100 ton fabrics dyeing, 25 tons printing & 100 ton garments washing ; the main responsibility is to repair, maintenance & troubleshooting of various knit dyeing, finishing, printing, washing and also the utility machines like Boiler, Generator, Air Compressor and also a central ETP. Also the troubleshooting of 15 MVA 33/11/.400 KV REB substation. Another prime work is to meet the compliance audit requirements of buyers & to perform the energy saving.

Responsible of electrical related all work in Mymun Complex (five units- HTL, MTL, DBTex, CCL & Hamza Washing)Operation and Maintenance of various knit dyeing, finishing, printing & washing machine (Capacity 80 tons/day)Operation and maintenance of 15 MW power generationOperation and maintenance of 11500 cub-m per day ETP plantElectrical audit work as per BNBC, NFPA, Alliance and Accord system as compliance issue

• Operation & Maintenance of 06 No 33/11 KV Substation.• Construction, Operation & Maintenance of 33kv Transmission and 11kv, 6.35kv & 240v Distribution lines.• Operation, Maintenance & Load calculation of 1200 No Distribution transformers. • Working experience at primary/ secondary metering.• Maintenance, repair & routine service work of ten motorcycles etc.
