• Researched on case laws pertaining to Section 11 to 15 of Arbitration & Conciliation Act. Wherein I focused on doctrine of Competence-Competence, Doctrine of Eye of the Needle, Principle thatArbitral tribunals have the first authority to determine and decide all questions of non-arbitrability and Doctrine of Group of Companies.• Furthermore, I researched on how the jurisprudence on Liquidated Damages have evolved in India. For the purposes of this I made a note of cases which dealt with the concept of Liquidated Damages.

• Worked on cases pertaining to section 139 of the Negotiable Instruments Act and the Arbitration andReconciliation Act. Emphasized on arbitral awards and arbitration agreements under Section 34 andSection 7(5) of the Arbitration and Reconciliation Act.• Helped in preparation of final arguments of two cases related to the Negotiable Instruments Act.• Attended hearings at High Court of Delhi and Trial Courts throughout Delhi.

• Volunteered for educating impoverished slum children and incentivized the same with distributionof food.
