I am responsible for making clients aware of our product line along with its applications, features & benefits. As a department Head, leading the team of professional Engineers and managing the activities related to Project especially conduct site surveys, pre bid meetings, understand customer needs, suggest proper solutions, prepare techno-commercial tender documents, maintain tender files, costing sheets and prepare engineered technical submittals which are essential prior to the installation of equipment at site. My company relies on me for design and development of LV Switch gears for accessibility and operation with the power houses not limited to synchronizing panels, auto transfer switch panels, Load Take off panels, distribution panels, power factor improvement panels, busbar sizing and CT’s selection. Design and development of Single Line Diagrams is also my responsibility at my company I arrange load & functional testing of the equipment and furnish test reports. Moreover, I lead the planning and implementation of the project, manage project budget, plan and schedule project timelines, constantly monitor and report on the progress of the project to all stakeholders. I am also responsible for handing over the project to the client and make arrangements for the commissioning of the equipment.

My Job responsibilities includes Study of Bid documents, Preparation for clarifications on Bid documents, Attending job explanation Pre bid meeting and performing site Survey, Preparation of Inquiry specifications, Review of Sub-Vendor offers (Technical & Commercial Evaluation) & drawings, Preparation of Technical offer & estimates, which includes, Scope of supply, terminal points & exclusions, Technical datasheets, Single line diagrams, Technical information such as design criteria, write ups, catalogs etc, Cost estimates, Deviation to technical specifications, BOQ for erection, Preparation of replies to customer queries, Attending the Post bid clarification meetings with customer, Submission of revised cost estimates for the agreed exclusions at post bid clarification meeting.
