  As a Project manager, I play pivotal key role in stakeholder management, project planning, execution, client management and delivering projects within the specified timelines and quality standards for our in-house Loan Origination System (LOS) and Loan Management System (LMS) products for multiple client accounts. Lead and manage LOS, LMS projects from inception to completion. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful execution of initiatives. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria. Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to management and stakeholders. Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies throughout project execution.
