Through carefully curated cross-functional roles that span 20 years in the heavy equipment manufacturing industry in North America and most recently sustainable mobility, I seek to first understand the customers’ need rather than force a solution. This is the key to fostering innovative thinking and strategic planning. I have most enjoyed my dealer and customer facing roles within distribution strategy and sales and marketing as it allows me to be closest to the human element of business. My life journey spanning three continents continues to enrich and fill me with wonder and gratitude.
