This launch addresses a major customer concern, where customers were accidentally swiping-up the Rufus conversation layer due to the persisting ‘gripper’ of the Rufus bottom sheet across all the Amazon app pages. Savings of $1M/700K packages delivered (2017); Savings of $18.5M/13M packages delivered (2018) for India. - Launched IHS in Japan and Egypt. Build further expansion cases for Mexico, Canada, UK and the US. - Provided last mile delivery consultation to the Gov of Africa and United Nations stakeholders to launch an I Have Space like similar program to distribute food/medicines in African tribal areas. - I Have Space is now rebranded and expanded in 23 states including Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, California, Florida, Iowa, Indiana, Illinois, Massachusetts, Minnesota, North Carolina, North Dakota, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, South Dakota, and Washington in 2023. I was the PM that took an India only product/program out of India with a Japan pilot and launch to generate confidence for a WW offering. Led the WW launch of Guided workflows for “Pick and Stage” (Pick and Stage is a multi step process before package leaves the delivery station and is handed over to the driver) with the goal to map each package movement to a scan and increase associate accountability. -78% reduction in defect metric PNOV (Packages Not on Van) for NA and 68% PNOV reduction in EU.-Savings of over $200 MM across NA and EU due to reduction in defects including $1.25 million in savings on Missed Customer Delivery Promises in 2019.
