Manage an assigned pipeline of 40-60 plus loans on a daily and weekly basis. Closing about 20-25 per month. Process loans from application to closing. Provide customers with status updates and request any documents needed to move forward with each file while maintaining and meeting all required compliance expectations. Maintain daily workflow prioritization to ensure pipeline management meets required closing dates. Verify conditions of approval which may include customer income/assets documentation, resolves routine title issues including vesting issues, child support liens, judgment liens, mechanic liens and etc. Thoroughly updating file notes and status updates on the account. Providing legendary service to each and every customer rather on a call or communicating via email. All loans were housed and worked from encompass systems.
