• Perform planning, controlling and monitoring, and also managing and directing the assigned project resources to best meet project objectives. Collects metrics data (such as baseline, actual values for costs, schedule, work in progress, and work completed) & reports on project progress and other project specific information to stakeholders.• Work with the developers / designers / testers for implementing the requirements. Clarify client requirements, business needs and project objectives, via feedback sessions and client meetingsPerform requirement gathering and business analysis to define/create the System Requirement Specification (SRS), Business Requirement Document (BRD), Project plan, User Acceptance Test Plan and User Stories (used by client and Quality Assurance for user acceptance and functionality testing). • Work with the developers / designers / testers for implementing the requirements. Clarify client requirements, business needs and project objectives, via feedback sessions and client meetings. • Manage change requests, organize product demonstrations, providing user training and address business queries. Monitor the progress of the projects and provide periodic updates to the client.
