Current- Conduct and manage walk-in interviews, ensuring an effective and efficient recruitment process.- Perform first-level screening to evaluate candidates' fit for open positions.- Assess candidates' ability to work and match them to suitable roles.- Utilize Excel and spreadsheets for comprehensive documentation and tracking of candidate progress.- Maintain and update trackers to ensure accurate records of recruitment activities.- Manage extensive documentation processes using Excel for data organization and reporting.- Coordinate and schedule interviews with team leads and higher officials, ensuring seamless communication and planning.- Utilize CEIPAL software for candidate management and process optimization.- Source and manage profiles on Naukri, ensuring the right candidates are identified and tracked.- Leverage networking and references to source candidates for internal positions.- Post job listings on platforms like Indeed and ZipRecruiter to attract top talent.- Ensure the submission of qualified candidates within the required timelines to meet recruitment goals.- Handle inbound and outbound calls while sourcing candidates on Naukri, maintaining clear communication throughout the recruitment process.
