Archive Nepal is a non profit corporation incorporated in Kathmandu, Nepal and in New York, USA with 501(c)(3) status. Through our platform https://www.archivenepal.org we make historic and cultural materials related to Nepal freely accessible through curation and digitization. Our mission is to preserve Nepal's history and culture in the digital age and preserve them for future generation.

• Taught Systems Analysis and Design, a 3-credit MSIS Graduate Degree core required course online as well as on ground.• Designed the course syllabus, assignments and presentations focusing on SDLC, UML modeling and software project management using agile methodologies.

Performed dual roles as Digital Project Manager and Business Analyst for multiple IT projects including web application development and platform migration projects. Currently overseeing initiatives designed to advance the continuous improvement of digital services offered by Marist College Library and the Archives. • Analyzed business, user and technical requirements using various modeling technologies, methods and tools.• Implemented the Scrum methodology improving the development, delivery and maintenance of digital products.• Implemented a comprehensive management plan for each project and coordinated communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders as well as external vendors throughout the duration of the project.• As a scrum master facilitated sprint planning, daily scrums, retrospectives, stakeholder meetings, and software demonstrations. • Direct and lead development team from project initiation through the delivery of the final product. • Build visual representation of product based on the requirements using wireframing and prototyping techniques.• Coordinated large-scale migration process and performed quality assurance, system integration and user acceptance testing for 3 major system migration projects.• Assisted the Director of the library by identifying business trends and compiling data analysis reports.• Managed the library resource databases and the website and provided technical support for third party applications such as Summon Discovery Service by ExLibris, ILLiad Resource Sharing Management System by OCLC, Alma Library Management System by Ex Libris, and LibGuides Content Management System by Springshare and Islandora Digital Management System.

Successfully managed ‘Lowell Thomas Digitization Project’ funded by National Historical Publications & Records Commission (NHPRC) with a Grant Amount of $104,000 and completed the project within the budget and 6 months before the deadline http://library.marist.edu/archives/LTP/report/. • Developed processes for digitization.• Ensured effective preservation and access of digital content.• Developed automation tools such as “Word to EAD (Encoded Archival Description) Converter”, “EAD to Excel Converter”, 360 Image Sticher, and Box Locator.

• Developed and maintained various modules of the real time Banking Software using Visual Basic. NET as frontend and SQL Server 2000 as backend.• Designed and conducted training programs for the clients.
