Monita Adick, CMC, has been a key instructor and consultant with Dew-Point since 1973. A Hong Kong-born Chinese who has over 40 years experience in the organizational development field, she consults local and multi-national companies on management, sales, and customer service strategies. Monita became a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) with the Institute of Management Consultants, USA. The CMC certification represents the highest standards of consulting and adherence to the ethical canons of the profession. Monita is one of only four people in Hong Kong to have achieved this prestigious title. She is also a member of the National Speakers Association, USA and the Organizational Development Institute in USA. Monita is a recognized, licensed trainer for a number of training systems and modules offered by some of the top US training and consulting firms. She has personally translated many courses into Chinese, and continuously updates and supplements them with new training concepts, approaches, cases and exercises. Her work displays a high level of craftsmanship in training and consulting, and the results continuously exceed her clients' expectations.
