This streamlined process improved compliance and efficiency, ensuring accurate and timely reporting, resulting in over 98% reduction in administrative hours, significant increase in data quality and significant cost savings.End-to-end design, build, and implementation of a system for booking and tracking DToA drug tests, referral appointments, attendance and breach recording. Utilising the Power Platform to enhance operational efficiency and manage costs, the integration of these technologies allowed for seamless scheduling, tracking, and reporting of drug tests across the force and diverse drug treatment partners, improving overall workflow and service delivery.The near real-time data visualisation offered by Power BI facilitated proactive performance monitoring across suites and individual officers, while providing evidence-based insights into patterns of offending.
