Managed various retrospective and prospective studies spanning across multiple hospitals.(St Michael’s, Toronto General, Toronto Western and Princess Margaret Cancer Center)Responsibilities included: • Screening of referred patients for eligibility• Education and informed consent after recruitment for prospective studies• Randomizing patients• Maintaining patient folders and REB(IRB) renewals• Arranging of the various tests required for the studies• Reviewing lab and procedure findings and discussing with involved PI• Collaborating with various personnel involved in the study• Regular scheduled follow-ups with study subjects for health assessment and lab results monitoring• Addressing Subject concerns over the phone or with in-person meetings as needed• Serious adverse event reporting in an accurate and timely manner• Drug accountability• Development and maintenance of study databases and forms• Data extraction from patient files for retrospective studies use• Ensuring integrity of study data• Presentation of Latent TB project at UHN - Toronto Western Hospital World TB Day Symposium
