The Operators Guild is an independent, invitation-only group, home to the world’s top finance and operations (high growth and technology) leaders. We have circles (chapters) in over a dozen cities across the US in major tech hubs, along with Canada and Europe! Scaling a company is hard. We are working together to share best practices, help one another solve similar problems, and invest in the operator community. We meet and connect regularly to support each other as we create the next generation of high-growth companies and company leaders.

In anticipation of Garner's inaugural product launch, I built the first iteration of the company's member operations function. This included hiring the first members of the CX team, establishing the standards and workflows to deliver HIPAA compliant concierge services, and standing up the necessary technology and tools for efficient service delivery.

I consulted for Elemental Cognition, a research focused AI startup, to bootstrap a new division of the company focused on launching enterprise software products that apply EC’s AI technology and research. My focus was on business strategy & operations. In 4 months, the team was able to launch EC's first product, PolicyPath.

I oversaw the business operations functions for Bridgewater’s “Principles Division,” a talent and culture incubator within Bridgewater. I spearheaded the transformation of the group from a division of Bridgewater into an independently operating B2B SaaS product and consulting startup: Principles.

I served as a management partner to Dave Ferrucci, who was CTO of Ray Dalio’s talent and culture incubator within Bridgewater. Our mission was to build “management tools” (HR Tech) that enabled businesses to understand: 1) what people are like, 2) what jobs they can do, and 3) how to build high performing teams.

I served as a manager in the Office of the CEO, responsible for designing and implementing the corporate BI capability that helped senior leaders understand how Bridgewater was operating. My team and I spent the bulk of our time correlating disparate streams of data to build indicators and insights that informed strategic firm-wide decisions and helped the CEO's understand what was going on in the company.

I was hired into competitive management apprenticeship program and deployed to work for the Recruiting Department head to help ensure Bridgewater was able to find and hire the best talent in the world. I led efforts to systemize hiring and assessment processes, evolve firm-wide recruiting standards, and establish interviewer training programs.

Various roles on countless productions (theater, concerts, festivals, immersive marketing, etc). Most recently designed the lighting for the 2016 world championship of extreme pogo: Pogopalooza!
