I am Responsible for Corporate accounts in Saudi Arabia, Turkey and Egypt based out of the Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia regional office. During my tenure, I have had a successful sales record in Oil and Gas Owner Operator companies and International and local EPC companies. I have built and maintained a loyal client base using my strong relationship-building skills. I have succeeded in devising strategies to increase software footprint thus increasing sales revenues. Have excellent time management skills and I am skilled in planning, scheduling and thus meeting deadlines ensuring customer success. The accounts I have managed include but not restricted to companies such as Saudi Arabian Oil Company (Aramco) that include all Aramco affiliates, SABIC and affiliates, KBR, Jacobs in Saudi and ENPPI, Petrojet in Egypt. I am extremely proud of the work done on a Bentley major sale campaign to introduce asset performance management (APM) software solutions to Aramco, SABIC, and Maaden and the success that brought me and the company.

Joined the organization to provide training and customizations for clients for Auto Plant 2D, processing engineer application and ProSteel products structural steel modeling and detailing software. Serve as a sales engineer during client presentations. Recognized as the organization’s Subject Matter Expert, SME, on Auto Plant 2D and ProSteel applications. Travel to client sites, such as Petro Canada, URS, and CH2M Hill, in the US and Canada to deliver training and technical customization of the company’s premier engineering applications. Facilitate webinar / distance learning seminars on Auto Plant 2D and ProSteel multi-intelligent graphical software that uses multi-CADD-based applications (AUTOCAD and MicroStation) in conjunction with Access, SQL and Oracle databases. Collaborate with development team in fixing critical issues and enhancements for future software releases. Instrumental in securing contracts with key engineering accounts due to product knowledge, customer relations, translation of complex engineering software for end users, and ability to serve as technical SME during sales presentations.

Hired to lead and manage both the implementation and companywide customization of Bentley 2D PIW, Process & Instrumentation software, and simultaneously direct the transition from a 2D CAD platform to a 3D platform using Autodesk Architectural Desktop application. Collaborated with the Water & Waster Water division to customize Auto Plant 2D multi-intelligent graphical software and Autodesk Architectural Desktop for 1,000 employees in multiple offices companywide. Directed the utilization of AutoPlant and 3D technology for the $350 million Gwinnett County waste water treatment plant design, both conceptual and final detail.Led the conceptual and detailed design on a $120 million waste water project for DeKalb County. Instrumental in driving technology enhancements that were adopted companywide which were directly responsible for the acquisition of new projects and significant improvements in accuracy, visualization, client presentations, and cost control.

Founded in 1980, Delta Process Management provides engineering design and on-site construction management services for domestic and international clients. Managed a team of 5 direct reports and supervised company software, hardware, and customized Autodesk Architectural desktop and AutoCAD. Developed the company 3-D drafting capabilities. Led the implementation, customization and Project administration of Auto plant 2D product. Demonstrated vision by implementing one of the industry’s first mid-sized organizations to use 3-D modeling capabilities in chemical engineering plant design for a multi-story steel chemical plant building. Drove skill development company-wide in mentoring and coaching new and seasoned CAD designers and engineers. Project managed the scheduling, design deliveries, and cost estimates for a $60 million ethanol plant.

Saudi Arabia

A highly-respected Architectural, Engineering, and Construction Planning organization. Field Architect with responsibilities for design, supervision and QC of the installation of concrete foundations, structural steel, and both internal and external architectural finishes for the King Cultural Center, containing: 5,000 seat theater, 450 seat Auditorium, 350 seat lecture hall, planetarium, public rooms for exhibitions, library, royal reception suite and administrative offices. Promoted to Assistant Project Manager at the conclusion of this $100 million project for outstanding work in design, QC, approving shop drawings and reviewing materials, submittals and samples.

Saudi Arabia

One of the largest multi-engineering consulting firms in Saudi Arabia.Served as a Junior Architect in the conceptualization, design, and construction supervision on 2 projects involving contributors from 28 countries: 1) King Khaled Military Academy Housing Projects - Construction phase—$135 million projects with a self-contained township covering 73 acres with 417 villas and public buildings. 2) District justice complex in Riyadh—$115 million project containing police headquarters, royal offices and municipal building. As Architectural Supervisor, provided oversight and site supervision for architectural finish work, including Material and shop drawing approvals, and quality control of workmanship.The supervised architectural design team for preliminary, final design and portions of all housing projects on the King Khaled Military Academy Housing Project.Member of an architectural and engineering team charged with performing a feasibility study to evaluate unfinished housing projects and provide recommendations regarding project continuation and funding.
