I schedule musicians for weekly Sunday services, as well as procure guest artists for "special music" spots, and keep an updated master calendar. Working with accounts payable, I submit paperwork to insure everyone is paid correctly and on time. I keep an accurate library of congregational music, and ensure weekly musicians have sheet music, making sure to notate any changes or edits that come through. I coordinate with the Power Point team to guarantee lyrics on the slides are correct. Lastly, I run the rehearsals on Sunday morning with the band & song leader and provide any last-minute support that is needed.

Akin to a stage manager, I ensure that any music-related working parts are handled prior to Sunday services. As the online "voice" of GHS and Rocktron, I interact with customers to help answer questions and offer recommendations, procure content to share that is both informative and current with our brands, and create content (photos, literature, graphics, video demos) to assist in those endeavors.

Heavy use of Adobe Products (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) as well as color correction software.Work with companies such as Tekna, Stryker, Kelloggs, Whirlpool, et al. with prototyping signage, labels and graphics for products and presentations. Working with Marketing, create literature and collateral that strengthens the brand identity that we have created for both companies as well as provide the sales force with materials they need to be effective in handling their customers' wants and needs.

Responsible for all aspects of the digital printing wing; creation of files, printing of banners, cleaning and regular maintenance of a wide format solvent printer.
