Senior Engineer (Procurement)
CurrentJob Description:1. Find and evaluate suppliers (Both Local & Foreign) to ensure they fulfill the organization's quality, pricing, and reliability requirements.2. Negotiate, finalize, and monitor supplier contracts, including modifications and renewals.3. Plan operations to achieve company goals, forecast needs, and develop procurement strategies in collaboration with internal teams.4. Implement cost-cutting methods, keep track of spending, study market changes, and adjust tactics to stay on budget.5. Make sure that every procurement process complies with organizational and legal guidelines, and control any risks involved.6. Collaborate with technical teams to create product or service specifications, and ensure that purchased goods fulfill these standards.7. Review and improve procurement procedures on a regular basis, including best practices and new technology for greater efficiency.8. Establish and maintain solid supplier relationships, monitor their performance, and address any difficulties that arise.9. Maintain precise records of procurement activities, create performance reports, and ensure correct paperwork.
