Built the team, crafted the strategy, and designed internal and external processes to optimize collaboration.- Spearheaded the development of a new API to enable mass connections with partners, significantly unlocking revenue potential and streamlining partner integration.Organic Social:- Develop and implement organic social media strategies to engage audiences and amplify brand presence across platforms.- Create compelling content and analyze metrics to optimize strategy and drive community engagement.Influencer Collaborations:- Collaborate with influencers and content creators to create impactful campaigns that resonate with target audiences.- Coordinate campaign logistics and track performance to ensure campaign success and ROI.Referral Program:- Design and implement a referral program to incentivize customer referrals and drive acquisition.- Develop strategies and materials to encourage participation and monitor program performance for optimization.
