The Brazil Trade Facilitation is an initiative between the governments of Brazil and the United Kingdom to promote inclusive economic growth. In addition to improving the export and import processes, the program aims to encourage greater participation by small and medium-sized companies in the international market, with the special participation of women and other underrepresented groups. During the implementation phase, I will work directly with international G&I specialists, supporting project teams (MSMES and Ports) in the development of strategy, identification of opportunities and direct actions for the G&I group, in order to ensure that gender and social inclusion can be incorporated into the program's activities.

PEIEX is the Export Qualification Program, developed by Apex Brasil and implemented in all the regions through a teaching institution. The objective is to guide companies in the essential pillars of the export process, so that they can be prepared to initiate their exports or improve their performance in the foreign market. Throughout the program, a total of 30 companies are trained, 70% of which are owned by women, who during the program had the opportunity to hold their first editions, including creative economy, fashion and clothing, jewelry, biotechnology, services, cosmetics, auto parts, among others.

The main objective of the work was to develop, in close collaboration with an international gender specialist, the strategy for recommendations on Gender and Social Inclusion (GESI), in projects aimed at improving the efficiency of ports and increasing the participation of Micro, Small and Medias Brazilian companies in global value chains. The project is led by Palladium in Brazil, in partnership with local entities and made possible by the Brazil Trade Facilitation Program, which is financed by the British Government, with a duration of 4 years (2019 - 2023). The results will have an impact on Foreign Trade, as well as on the Brazilian social and economic fields.

• Elaboração, e monitoramento de projetos internos e Planos de Ação de Comércio Exterior utilizando a metodologia de projetos (Canvas, 5W2H).• Mapeamento e elaboração de fluxograma de atividades de Comércio Exterior identificando diferenças e oportunidades de melhorias internas e externas (Latam)• Suporte a atividades gerenciais conduzindo trabalhos internos com as lideranças operativas e/ou para os clientes.• Gestão do programa de melhoria continua da empresa atingindo as metas de redução de custo estabelecidas pela empresa e utilizando metodologia KAIZEN• Gestão de treinamentos técnicos internos para capacitação dos colaboradores e workshops nos clientes • Participação em discursões junto às entidades para facilitação do Comércio Exterior (Procomex) • Prática de BENCHMARKING com empresas do mesmo segmento e/ou com certificação de Qualidade (PNQ).• Criação e gestão do Newsletter da empresa, consolidando informações de dados estatísticos (KPI), melhoria continua, projetos, linguagem técnica, agenda de Comex, treinamentos, dentre outros.

Gestão do processo de importação contemplando análise de documentos, elaboração e registro de Licenças de importação, acompanhamento da carga desde a chegada até o desembaraço, controle de pedidos de compra, conhecimento em diversos processos importação (reimportação, destinação ao mercado automotivo, admissão temporária, ativo fixo, revenda, etc.), participação do projeto de implementação da IN 747 junto com a RF, follow up de embarques, conhecimentos em legislação aduaneira,
