I joined Monocle almost 10 years ago after completing a Masters of Science in Business Mathematics and Informatics, specialising in Quantitative Risk Management. During my tenure I've had the privilege of consulting on various aspects throughout the project lifecycle including in depth data analysis, process design, solution implementations, management of large programmes and reporting to executive stakeholders. Monocle is a specialised consulting firm providing services to the financial industry, consulting predominantly to banks and insurance firms. The company focuses on regulatory requirements, risk management and compliance underpinned by a strong emphasis on data and process.Key subject areas in which I have experience include all aspects of treasury and capital management and regulatory compliance including the design and implementations of systems required to perform risk calculations and reporting. Specific regulations I have consulted on in the insurance space include IFRS 17 and Solvency II.
