We also tailor make our training modules to suit the current and future requirements for specific companies.Although we started by training fresh engineering graduates to suit the telecom industry requirements; mainly in the functionalities of RF Drive Test Engineers where they could efficiently work on tools like TEMS Investigation, AZO and Map Info, we have begun catering to other sectors. Besides the Telecom sector, so far, we have also managed to successfully place our candidates in the hardware & networking sector for various companies. All this in just a span of two years and we are still looking to grow.As a Training & Placement officer, my primary responsibility is to source companies that are looking for not just fresh graduates, but fresh graduates that are adequately trained to meet up to industry standards and to help fill the gap between the head hunter and the job seeker.
