- Support the development of data analytics for single view of customers and customer segmentation- Develop best practices in refining business data dictionary- Perform data exploration analysis for measuring data quality

- Manage team to provide technical support and advice as required across nationwide to agents, merchants and end-users for LHPP mobile payment system - Oversee IT support department staffs, including education and training- Coordinate with development team and provide first level support to call center and teller team- Build and maintain LHPP datawarehouse- Produce daily, weekly and monthly reports and also dashboard to management team- Support sale and marketing teams to do analysis reports for new LHPP business

- Provide system analysis, design, development and deployment of BI applications- Analyze and consolidate data across the business and made effective planning decisions- Facilitated meetings to achieve specific outcomes- Work with internal IT partners to develop and analyze business/customer analytics needs- Determine and analyze commonly used queries and reports- Explore the data and discovers patterns, meaningful relationships, anomalies and trends- Perform analysis for a wide range of requests using data in different formats- Research business problems and creates models that help analyze these business problems- Verify the collected data is within required quality standards- Research tools, frameworks and mechanisms for data analytics

- Analyse business reporting requirements and produce prompt reports including revenue reporting, ensuring data confidentially, integrity and accuracy- Identify project implications at the system and company organization level- Translate business needs into functional language - Participate in developing the project procedures and schedule- Ensure the smooth conduct and quality of development- Train users on the new application implemented- Development and maintenance of In-House Application Systems- Churn analysis- Performing analysis on pre, post and ongoing market/promotional activities- Understanding of Mobile Money, Roaming, Wholesale and Retail billing systems at call detail record (CDR) level

- Generating Postpaid Bill- To provide any reports which are related to Billing Section - To ensure service provisioning operations for Postpaid & Prepaid working properly- To Work and Support internal/external team to solve complaint which related to Billing Section- To perform as team work member in New Project/Report Generating/Revenue Leakage/Revenue- Increase or Decrease which related to Billing Section
