With over two decades at LG Innotek, My team and I have been a journey of growing the company's sales by more than 20 times, and have had the experience of establishing HR strategies for the company's continued growth & survival and encouraging member participation. I built the basic HR capabilities through labor-management relations and HRM experience, and later built recruitment channels and processes for various positions at home and abroad, and managed effective operations and performance. Through this journey, I have improved my expertise in employee experience-based recruitment branding, establishment of recruitment channels tailored to segmented job characteristics, and strategic communication.
