Since that time, her voice resonates on Shreveport's KSHV "CAJUN COURT"TV'S theme song "JUSTICE JACKIE" AND REGULARLY ON CUMULUS RADIO STATION'S ADVERTISEMENTS. Currently Francine works with local TV News stations KSLA, KTBS, FOX KMSS, and KSHV to promote her vision to educate others on the importance of community power, and social engagement to build sustainable solutions to build community development thus creating economic development in underrepresented regions.

Her goal is to reduce and break down daily risk factors faced by youth in under-represented neighborhoods preventing them from gaining access to educational training, college and career readiness and workforce development. Targeted population groups are seniors citizens, seniors in college as well as seniors in high school, who are all experiencing life's transition.
