Seniors First mission, mandate and goal is to eliminate risk factors associated with isolation and depression associated transitioned-aged challenges in underserved communities. For seniors citizens, it's age-and death related illnesses risk factors. For seniors in college, it's challenges associated with transitioning into career readiness, and for seniors in high school , there exist the overwhelming social justice risk factors and lack of education training(ACT scores) that serve as barriers that limit students access to tools to prepare them for college readiness. Seniors First goal is reintegrate senior citizens back into the community through programs that build cognitive develop and civic engagement bringing them from non-productivity to productivity as liaisons, leaders, and mentors to provide generativity to youth and young adults. Francine's vision is to touch the lives of senior citizens who suffer from isolation and depression thru programming that builds cognitive development to reintegrate seniors back into the community as liaisons ,mentors, and leaders were youth and young adults are most vulnerable. Her goal is to reduce and break down daily risk factors faced by youth in under-represented neighborhoods preventing them from gaining access to educational training, college and career readiness and workforce development. Targeted population groups are seniors citizens, seniors in college as well as seniors in high school, who are all experiencing life's transition.

The 11th Annual Seniors Day Expo is held at the Louisiana State Fair to provide fun, food and free resources with signature "door prizes" that draws seniors citizens from Shreveport-Bossier and the surrounding region for this annual event with a mission mandate and goal to empower seniors and provide suppotive resources to make their lives better.
