Property Manager
Current- Performs duties in support of building tenants working closely with GSA personnel, customers and contractors in the planning, renovation, alteration, operation, maintenance and repair of assigned buildings.
- Identify the impact of building activity projects upon tenant agency operations and service delivery.
- Responsible for ensuring those customer agencies are aware of the schedule and timing of building related activities that may impact upon the client’s operations.
- Coordinate the operation of all construction, alteration and repair projects to minimize or avoid adverse impact to customer agencies.
- Perform leasing administration through assisting during market survey processes and conducting construction inspections from progress to final acceptance.
- Provide estimates and subsequent follow up for fiscal office relocation and/or whole facility moves.
