• Specialize Software: Delta Controls (Sauter), Intouch, Inexus (LON works ,Q-Bus, P-Bus, SMS Alert)• Description: Servicing and Maintenance for BAS Monitoring and Controls Chillers, Cooling• Towers, Water Pumps, AHU's, FCU'S, VAV's , Fan's, DB Lightings and Electricals• Site Highlights M Social Hotel / NTU LKC CSB (Building Management System)• Service and Maintenance BMS using BACNet, PCVue SCADA• Coordinate with the in house Technician if there is any complain or concern regarding the system• Check and Monitor the overall workflow of the BMS particularly Chiller Systems, AHU's,• FCU's FAN's, VAV's and other monitoring equipment's accordingly• Replacement of parts like DDC (Direct Digital Controllers), Motorized Valves & Actuators,• Sensors and other monitoring devices if necessary Government of Singapore Investment Corporation, GIC Pte• Ltd (Integrated Building• Management System)• Check Security Arming Workflow ( PA Broadcast status, Lighting Status, Arm Status each floors Disarm SIMS Status )• Check Lighting Workflow ( Lights Triggered each floor )• Check Blinds System ( Any Abnormality of blinds status, mode, schedules, height and tilt )• Check Lighting System ( Lights Abnormality and Activated Alarms )
