As the principal of Promise Academy Hollywood, I lead a team of educators and staff who are committed to providing high-quality education and opportunities for students from diverse backgrounds. I am also pursuing my Ed.D. degree at the University of Memphis, where I am researching best practices and strategies for improving student outcomes and engagement in urban schools and historically marginalized communities. With over five years of experience in the education sector, I have developed skills in community development, change management, instructional leadership, curriculum design, and data analysis.
