Responsible for calculating wages, benefits, tax deductions, and bonus premiums, overseeing and maintaining electronic employee records, including salary and earnings history, vacation accruals/sick days taken, and other earnings; managing garnishments, flexible spending accounts reconciliation, benefits administration, and 401(k) plan to include documenting employee changes. Provide excellent service to staff to resolve payroll inquiries; issue manual checks, and audit/pay vendor benefit invoices.
