In charge of the strategic planning and management for corporate projects of all the companies of the Holding. Additionally, this position is responsible of developing a Corporate Governance and guidelines to standardize the operation of all the companies of the Holding.

I performed this job at the same time I was studying my degree in Bussines Management Technology in the US. Alvimer is part of the same Holding Group as my first job. They had recently promoted me to be the Project Manager of a Nicaraguan Project, in which I was in charge of the following activities:- Providing advice on the management of projects.- Organising the various professional people working on a project.- Carrying out risk assessment.- Making sure that all the aims of the project are met.- Making sure the quality standards are met.- Using IT systems to keep track of people and progress.- Recruiting specialists and sub-contractors.- Monitoring sub-contractors to ensure guidelines are maintained.
