Biography of Rina M. MontalvoWhen business influencers think of Rina Montalvo, what comes to mind is a fully engaged executive who is impassioned about driving transformative change and policies in the ever-evolving arenas of global human resources initiatives - talent management, recruiting, global mobility, immigration, and taxation. A native of San Juan, Puerto Rico, Rina grew up in Germany. As an American/German national she holds dual citizenship in both countries. Her linguistics expertise is far-reaching to individuals of many cultures and has contributed greatly to her extensive worldview and recognition as an international subject matter expert. She is fluent in English, German, and Spanish, and speaks conversational Italian and French. A thirst for cutting-edge knowledge and advancing in education is vitally important to Rina. She currently graduated from Harvard Business School, Cambridge, Massachusetts, where she completing an Executive Program (2021), and in July 2021 she completed an Accelerated Executive Management program at Yale University School of Management, New Haven, Connecticut. In addition, she also serves as Guest Lecturer for Harvard, Yale and NYU School of Professional Studies. She teaches the complexities of advanced recruiting, selection, retention, talent management, immigration and global mobility.Rina’s earned degrees include a Master of Laws degree, Open University, London, UK and a Bachelor of Business Administration, Manhattan College in Riverdale, New York.
