I am the proud co-owner of MONTAS PTY LTD, a digital sports marketing agency. Recognising that most sporting organisations “do a lot with a little”, MONTAS aims to drive outcomes by establishing strategies and processes designed to increase reach and engagement in a cost effective manner. We have worked with organisations such as Baseball Australia and the UWA Nedlands Football Club, as well as covered many events including the Australian Youth Baseball Championships in 2022 and 2023. I am also the Brand and Strategy Manager at Advanced Dental Artistry. My key responsibilities include managing the cosmetic dentist's marketing campaigns and budget, improving patient experience and managing a team of content creators. From 2019-2022 I worked at a WA startup called Studium. I was lucky to grow with the company, taking on responsibilities in the areas of planning and budgeting, content marketing, analytics and reporting, customer relations and partnerships. I completed my Bachelor of Commerce at Curtin University, majoring in Marketing and Public Relations. In 2020, I was the Top Honours Student for the School of Marketing and was awarded First Class Honours for my dissertation titled “A Content Analysis of Sponsorship Communication and Congruence in the Australian Women’s Football League and Implications for Gender Stereotypes”.Other highlights of my undergraduate degree included being a John Curtin Undergraduate Scholar, studying abroad at The Ohio State University and completing over 135 hours of community service.
