• Provide first impressions and interactions with customers, book tee times, check in golfers, sell merchandise, and clean and stock the Golf Shop• Prepare alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for patrons and golfers• Interact with customers, taking orders, and serving food, snacks, and drinks• Assess bar customers' needs and make recommendations based on such• Oversee and facilitate smooth play on the course, train staff, answer questions and resolve conflicts in a professional manner, handle cash deposits and inventory ordering• Develop advertisements that are intended to target a specific audience and generate an interest in the different products/events• Utilize knowledge of visual art and skills with graphic design software such as Illustrator, Photoshop, Aftereffects, and digital photography to develop advertisements. These ads include social media posts, flyers, email blasts, and photography for inside display• Redesigned logos for promotional events such as St. Patrick’s Day and Independence Day so that they coordinate with holiday outings and events to make Berkleigh Golf Course stand out
