I have a PhD in Industrial Organizational and Human Factors psychology from Wright State University. My research interests lie in talent, star employees, top performers, high-potential employees, job performance and performance appraisal systems, as well as selection and retention. I have passion in helping organizations excel by increasing productivity, letting stars thrive and continue to grow, and improving management practices. I have also found passion in teaching and enjoy communicating knowledge and simplifying concepts. I am goal-oriented, very organized, and self-motivated with a “get it done” attitude. I love to do anything active and love warm weather and being outdoors. I enjoy, but am not very good at, DIY and creative activities. I love to travel. I have three dogs, a German Shepherd Pit mix, a Golden Lab mix, and a Boxer Pit mix. I am a licensed skydiver and I am very social - I most enjoy spending time with family and friends.
