• Properly engages in partnership with the Account Manager to identify top accounts, target skill sets, and key market segments
• Build relationships with new and existing clients through cold calling, setting meetings, lunches, and attending networking events

• Negotiate wage rates and other terms and conditions of employment with candidates, and gain commitment from candidates for current and future job requirements

• Provide high level customer service by assisting customers and assessing their rental needs in person and/or by phone
• Conduct follow-ups with various businesses and customers; including insurance adjusters or agents, dealerships, auto body shops, road-side assistance and national reservations to obtain appropriate information.
• Understand, communicate and sell optional protections products, rental terms and conditions, and vehicles
